1、负责淘宝店铺整体运营及日常管理,完成销售目标。

2、店铺日常运营数据收集整理分析,对店铺及页面做出相应优化调整。

3、负责店铺推广及平台活动策划、报名,制定月度目标规划推广费用切分及具体执行。

4、熟悉淘宝规则,每月对推广效果及运营情况进行分析,提交分析报表和对应整改措施和改进方案。

任职要求:

1、大专以上学历, 1年以上淘宝或天猫店推广运营经验,熟悉直通车、钻展、淘宝客等推广工具,做过女装或内衣类目会优先考虑。

2、熟悉淘宝商品排序、网店评分、店铺运营等各种操作规则,对店铺促销活动有较强的策划与组织能力。

3、性格开朗,擅长沟通、有团队合作精神,很强的谈判能力和创新能力。
