Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for courses for children aged from 2-6 years old kids.
2. Create an English immersion environment and participate in relevant teaching activities. 
3. Participate in teaching research and teacher training.

Job Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. TESOL or TEFL or equivalent is preferred.
3. Native English speaker with a standard accent.
4. Meets requirements to get a work visa (The company will provide assistance).
5. At least half a year of teaching experience in kindergarten or related field
6. Loves working with children, active, patient and enthusiastic about teaching.

Our Team and Curriculum

Our company has its own curriculum research and development center. The courses taught at our schools are self-developed and continuously updated to deliver the best possible curriculum for both our teachers and students. At our schools we have several class types. They include Sing&Play, Read&Play, Act&Play, in addition to phonics.

Philosophy for teachers

We believe in supporting our teachers with resources to ensure they have all the materials they need to give excellent classes. Each lesson comes with courseware filled with fun interactive games, music and animated stories thot teachers use on our large, interactive touch boards. Teachers can also utilize our big selection of sports equipment to play exciting in-class games. Centers are stocked with badminton equipment, soccer balls and nets, Frisbees, sticky balls and lots more. We also have a variety of materials used for DIY activities such as finger paint, tie-dye, glitter, funky scissors, stamps, and so on. In addition to this, all teachers have a teaching assistant who help with both preparing for the classes and organizing the students during the classes.

Philosophy for learning

We believe that developing interest in a subject is a key factor to success. If you are interested in something, you are willing to learn. To accomplish this, our classes are packed with games, competitions, DIY activities, sports, singing, and even restaurant outings to make learning an enjoyable process for students.

Assistance for teachers

We understand that moving is difficult, especially when moving from one country to another country. We are committed to helping our teachers make a smooth transition. We work to help our teachers overcome language barriers, adapt to the culture, and get used to the new working environment. We assist teachers to get a Working Z Visa, find accommodation, and navigate daily life in China.

工作职责：
1、负责2-6岁Phonics&Drama课程的教学；
2、营造沉浸式英语环境并参与相关教学活动；
3、参与教研及教师培训等工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，有TESOL/TEFL或同等级的证书优先；
2、以英语为母语且发音标准，有工作签证或符合工签办理资质；
3、半年以上幼儿园授课或相关教学经验；
4、懂孩子，有耐心，善表现。

2-6岁AlphaSchool幼儿素质教育
全日班课程：
首创每周2天英文日，2天中文日的中英文浸泡教学与1天户外探索的课程模式，以浸入式第二语言教学、STEAM探究式课堂、PBL项目制学习等体验式教育方式为核心手段，并以特质培养、户外探索为补充，全面培养孩子面向未来的综合素能，并逐渐让孩子因具有自己的专长而充满自信。

AfterSchool课程：
智力潜力开发课程（Polytechnic Alpha），通过aMath和aSteam两大板块课程，由理论到实践，通过PBL项目制学习方式，引导孩子使用编程解决实际问题，全面开发孩子的理科思维，培养孩子的科学家特质；进阶式培养孩子独立思考，自信表达的行为习惯，同时助力孩子建立幼小衔接知识储备。
