职位描述：
1. 负责镀铝车间单班生产安排，人员分配.
2. 负责镀铝设备参数设定及过程质量控制,生产中根据产品不同更换夹具已经变更机器程序.
3. 负责生产过程镀铝设备日常维护保养.
4. 负责生产ESH及5S.
5. 负责生产日报表.

职位要求：
1. 高中以上毕业，3年以上真空镀铝经验，有车灯镀铝经验者优先.
2. 能独立操作镀铝设备,了解镀铝基本原理.
3. 能独立解决镀铝日常常见问题,如产品发黄,发黑,白点等异常问题.
4. 能适应夜班工作.
5. 良好的沟通及团队合作能力.
