Position：HR specialist

Responsibility：

？ 执行并完善公司的人事制度与计划；

？ 负责公司考勤管理及薪资核算；

？ 负责社保公积金办理；

？ 负责年度培训计划体系审核及入职培训工作；

？ 入离职管理：负责员工招、退工管理（含试用期员工转正管理）、劳动合同及档案管理；

？ 负责招聘渠道的选择、招聘信息发布、更新和管理、面试安排等招聘工作；

？ 领导交代的其他工作。

Requirement：

？ 本科及以上学历；

？ 从事人力资源工作2年以上，具备HR专业知识；

？ 基本的英语听说读写能力；

？ 具有良好的书面、口头表达能力，具有亲和力和服务意识，沟通领悟能力强；

？ 熟练使用常用办公软件；

？ 熟悉了解国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
