职位描述
岗位职责:
1、负责招聘工作，应聘人员的预约，接待及面试;员工入职手续办理，员工劳动合同的签订、续签与管理;
2、公司内部员工档案的建立与管理;
3、负责与其他部门的协调工作，做好信息的上传下达;
4、负责公司各部门的行政后勤类相关工作、;
5、负责部门一些日常行政事务
6、负责制定、监督及执行企业管理规章制度、行政人事管理制度以及工作流程、绩效考核制度;
7、负责组织企业文化建设工作，包括年会安排、会务组织、文体活动安排等;
8、负责对新员工进行企业制度与文化的培训工作，建立企业形象;
9、其他突发事件的处理。
任职资格：
1、中专以上学历，1年以上人事行政相关工作经验；
2、熟悉办公软件操作；
3、文秘、行政管理、人力等相关专业优先考虑；
4、性格开朗，责任心强，服务意识良好。
工资待遇福利：
1、基本工资+年终奖

3、假期：上午9:00-下午6:00，中午休息1.5小时 大小周（单双休），按国家法定节假日规定休假
