Position：研发经理（R&D Manager）

Company Description：

世界两大光源制造商之一，产品主要基于半导体技术，领域包括虚拟现实、自动驾驶、智能手机，以及建筑和城市中的智慧互联照明解决方案等，在汽车照明领域，是全球市场和技术的领导者

Responsibility：

？ 作为研发团队的领导者，负责LED驱动产品的成功设计，包括Dexal/Dali驱动程序，并确保产品满足规定的要求；

？ 提供技术领导并解决在开发阶段遇到的技术相关问题以及产品发布后的任何设计相关问题；

？ 与所有参与方（包括所有其他职能团队领导）密切合作，执行项目计划；

？ 为管理评审提供项目进度；

？ 预测风险并与项目团队就所有技术方面做出及时的变动；

？ 代表研发团队上报问题或提供所需帮助；

？ 在各职能部门和地区（亚太地区和欧洲、中东和非洲）开展工作；

？ 与销售代表和经销商密切合作，维持现有业务并开发新的机会。

Requirement：

？ 电子工程硕士/学士学位或同等学历；

？ 8年以上LED驱动器设计经验，至少3年团队领导经验；

？ 较强责任感，负责产品设计的最终成功以及生产后的质量保证；

？ 独立工作，在职责和产品要求范围内做出决定；

？ 良好的跨团队和跨区域合作能力；

？ 接受偶尔前往欧洲进行项目技术讨论。
