岗位职责 (Roles and Accountabilities)

 

l  负责自控系统(DCS&SCADA)维修、维护及管理

 

Responsible for maintenance and management of DCS & SCADA Control System

 

l  负责制定与优化自控系统预防性维修计划与日常维修计划。

 

Make and optimize Control System preventive maintenance plan and routine maintenance work plan.

 

l  负责自控系统相关外委服务合同的执行与管理。

 

Responsible for implementation and management of Control System Outsourcing service contract

 

l  负责自控系统优化及整改的提出与执行。

 

Responsible for Raising and implementation of Control System optimization and modification

 

l  认真执行公司各项规章制度和工作程序。

 

Follow GDLNG’s policy and procedure.

 

l  向营运部物资及设备高级经理汇报。

 

Report to Material & Equipment Manager of operations department

 

 

 

主要工作 (Principal Activities)

 

l  管理SCADA,DCS,SIS，F&G和PLC控制系统的硬件设施、软件系统及相关组态配置活动。

 

Manage all hardware、software  and configuration activities associated with SCADA, DCS, SIS, F&G and PLCs.

 

l  编制，维护和管理控制系统的管理程序。

 

Develop, maintain and manage Control System management procedures.

 

l  制定、维护和优化控制系统相关的设备清单、预防性维修计划、备件清单，并妥善保管控制系统相关的技术文档。

 

Make、maintain and optimize equipment list 、preventive maintenance plan and spare part list for control system，and store related technical documents properly.

 

l  维护控制系统的所有数据、配置及文档完整性。

 

Maintain up to date documentation for configuration of all control systems.

 

l  检查和协助维护控制系统相关的设备管理信息系统及数据。

 

Check and assist maintain control system related data in equipment management information system.

 

l  对控制系统软硬件故障进行第一时间维修并按要求完成记录。

 

Provide first line maintenance response for system hardware or software faults and failures and complete recording as required.

 

l  对控制系统进行日常巡检，监控系统报警并调查故障的原因。

 

Monitor system alarms and investigate problems on a routine basis.

 

l  与操作和维修团队一起并识别设备的风险，并采取预防性的工作来降低工厂的停产时间。

 

Liaise with operations and maintenance personnel in the planning of work to minimize plant downtime and ensure equipment criticality is recognized.

 

l  与IT工程师和仪表工程师一起维护工厂生产控制网络.

 

Liaise with IT department and Instrument engineer to manage support of Plant Control Network (PCN) and communications interfaces.

 

l  编制控制系统的维护预算并管理外委服务合同。

 

Contribute to system maintenance budgets and manage Outsourcing service contract within agreed budget.

 

l  监控控制系统性能，并进行适时、适当的控制系统优化。

 

Monitor performance of control schemes and optimize tuning as necessary.

 

l  监控并优化系统报警的数量和频率，降低操作人员的工作负荷。

 

Monitor frequency and number of alarms to minimize operator workload。

 

l  编制控制系统的MOC，执行小型的控制系统变更从而提高装置运行可靠性。Develop MOC and implement minor configuration changes to improve process operations.

 

l  对控制系统操作员提供技术支持和技能培训。

 

Provide ad-hoc support and training for control system operators in aspects of control and safety interlock operation.

 

l  需要时执行并完成其他临时指派的工作任务

 

Perform and complete other assignments when necessary.

Participate in or support the incident investigation and ensure the facticity, accuracy and timeliness

能力与经验 (Competencies and Experience)

 

l  优秀的故障判断和解决能力，能够高效处理控制系统的相关问题。Exceptional problem solving and diagnostic skills to enable timely rectification of control and system issues.

 

l  丰富的SCADA/DCS/PLC工程、维护及管理经验。

 

Experience in SCADA / DCS / PLC configuration and management.

 

l  熟悉微软操作系统、数据库和通用的IT技能。

 

Technical proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating system and common IT packages.

 

l  高度的责任心和工作主动性以符合高强度工作负荷的需要。

 

A very high level of personal commitment and initiative work attitude to meet the demanding intense workload.

 

l  能够识别和优先排序工作负荷以完成多重工作任务。

 

Be able to prioritize and schedule their workload in order to accomplish all required work activities.

 

l  工作有耐心并注重细节。

 

Patient and rigorous attention to details

 

l  了解基本的采购管理和财务管理知识。

 

Understanding basic purchase management and financial management knowledge.

 

l  了解基本的项目管理知识。

 

Understanding basic project management knowledge.

 

l  有石化行业相关工作经验优先。

 

Relevant work experience in oil & gas or chemical industry preferred.

 

l  获得相关的控制系统如Honeywell,Emerson,Siemens的培训证书优先。Completion of appropriate vendor training courses such as Honeywell, Emerson, Siemens training courses preferred.

 

 

 

教育背景 (Educational Background)

 

l  仪表自动化、电气工程或电子工程专业全日制本科或以上学历。

经营方式
广东LNG站线项目一期工程以海运方式从澳大利亚西北大陆架进口液化天然气，运至接收站储存于罐内，经气化和加压处理后，通过输气干线及海底管线送至燃气电厂和城市燃气用户。
