Responsibilities

1. Responsible for project development timing/budget planning control;

2. Responsible for design to cost & VAVE management;

3. Responsible for customer specification management; (as a role of system engineer)

4. Responsible for design package release for A/B/C/D sample;

5. Support for supplier management with PUR/SQE and EQM;

6. Responsible for technical review with supplier;

7. Main contact window for communication of electronic technical topics with customer;

8. Ensure the report of project development status & escalation of risks to section manager on time.

9. Responsible for regular meeting with related project team members for project status review;

10. Responsible for internal sample planning and tracking;

11. Work closely with CPEM to coordinate electronic related activities;

12. Responsible for supporting sales and offer team on development cost and timing for offer projects;

13. To be able to coach new project leader electronic;

14. To be the window to the other function teams beside R&D team;

15. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, equivalent or higher; more than five years’ experience in the software and hardware design of products for automotive industry or similar parts is desirable

2. Good PC skills (MS office), especially requirement management tool, and good knowledge in electronic design

3. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must. 2nd foreign language preferred

4. More than two years project management experience in automotive industry or similar industry
