Responsibilities：

1. Fully understand the purchasing requirement, including basic technical contents and commercial terms.

2. Support realization process by getting offers from at least 3 different suppliers and evaluate such offers

3. evaluate suppliers’ quotation

4. Skillfully create and negotiate delivery and payment conditions, service contracts, contractual liabilities and warranty terms and conditions

5. Continuously do the cost down work for elements and Auxiliary equipment purchasing.

6. Prepare PO for insurance purchasing.

7. Develop and close framework contracts for the components business

8. Commercial contracting and purchasing of commercial services such as insurances and transportation

9. Continuously working in tandem with the Quality Manager to improve the quality of supplier’s deliverables

10. Continuously search for new suppliers

11. Continuously optimize purchasing costs

12. Evaluate suppliers before supplier is qualified in supplier list

13. Audit suppliers

14. Support Project Managers and Engineers in situation of claims from/to suppliers

15. Establish good network of trusted supplier      

Requirements：      

1. Degree/Diploma holder in Mechanical/Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent

2. Minimum 3 years of work experience with at least 3 years in a similar capacity

3. 2 years purchasing experience in elements or equipment purchasing.

4. Good team work, planning skills, analytical skills and decision making skills

5. A matured, self-driven, proactive, flexible, result-oriented and customer-focused team player

6. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

7. Very good communication and presentation skills, both written and oral

8. A systematic decision maker

9. Proficiency in spoken and written English and spoken mandarin

10. Familiar with office tools, i.e. word, excel

11. Capability and willing to work with an international team

12. Able to travel domestically at short notice
