*Meet with the team

The Key Account Insight team of Meltwater plays a vital role that helps our clients see the outside insights of their media performance. By leveraging multi-channel datasets, Insight team focus on unveiling media insights in the market where our clients are operating. We deliver intelligence reports based on holistic views of different media outlets and social medias. We also help to analyze media impacts, draw out brand trends, monitor competitors and showcase the results to clients for an integrated media strategy. *About Media Analysis Trainee

As a Media Analysis Trainee, you will support Media Analysts to provide clients’ report based on Meltwater’s strong products/services. You will be ensuring data quality and accuracy to support the utilization of our AI driven software and reporting platform, that linked to how we diagnose client media data, interpret this data and draw recommendations on key stories impacting our clients brands. Your work will be influencing clients’ business on various levels including their long-term strategies as well as short-term decision making..

What you will be doing?

• Identify and gather report data for client report

• Conduct data cleansing to identify unused and/or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.

• To handle the ad-hoc requests from both Client side and team side, and support on instant crisis monitoring based on Meltwater platforms

• Proactively identify data quality and integrity issues that affect the accuracy of reporting

• Anticipate and identify innovative processes to drive business excellence

• Support of the Key Account Insight Team and related Project tasks assigned.

• Understand and apply Data Management processes, procedures and internal control standards.

• Keep track of market trends and staying abreast in the digital market arena

*What we would like to see from you

? University Degree in Communication, Media, Data Analysis, Marketing, Public Relations or Business related majors.

? Interested in analytical jobs, good at collecting and summarizing large volume of data.

? Solid Excel and PPT skills (intermediate to advanced level)

? Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels

? Passionate about digital marketing and social media

? Self-motivated, detail-oriented and always able to complete tasks independently within demanding schedules

? Team player, innovative and proactive to make contributions to team

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ready to take new challenges

? Candidate with experience in market research, e.g. qualitative and quantitative research

and survey design, would be considered as an asset (not mandatory, but nice to have)
