Job Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of new customers in project business;
• 为项目业务开发新客户；
• Support of current customers and projects;
• 为现有客户及项目提供支持；
• Build up project business and infrastructure;
• 建立新项目基础；
• Build up nationwide relationship to project partners like house contraction companies and real estate companies;
• 与建筑承包公司、房地产公司等项目合作伙伴建立全国性的合作关系；
• Support of the project from the start to the finalization;
• 从项目开始到项目完成的全程支持；
• Focusing on high potential projects;
• 专注于潜力大的项目；
• Quoting;
• 提供报价；
• Support between technical sales STE and customers;
• 为销售技术部门以及客户之间提供支持；
• Build up relationship to house construction/design companies, real estate companies and investors, architects, designer and installers together with the dealers;
• 和经销商配合，与建筑/设计公司、房地产公司以及投资商、建筑师、设计师、安装方等建立良好的合作关系；
• Introduction of new products to the dealers;
• 向经销商介绍新的产品；
• Market development;
• 市场开发；
• Market analyses and needs, talk to customers about new products;
• 市场需求分析，并与客户进行新产品的沟通；
• Benchmark.
• 行业/竞争对手分析。

Job requirements:

岗位要求：

• 3-5 years working experience in the field of project sales of HVAC residential products / Sanitary / Electric Home Appliance, ideally 1-2 years working experience in a foreign company;
• 3-5年在住宅暖通/卫浴/家电领域的项目销售工作经验，最好有1-2年外企工作经验；
• Good relationship with local Design institutes, nationwide real estate companies and project dealers;
• 与当地设计院、全国性房地产公司、项目经销商关系良好；
• Willing to travel 40-60% working time in the northern area of China;
• 可以接受有40-60%的工作时间在中国北方地区出差；
• Good skills in communication with customers;
• 有良好的与客户沟通的能力；
• English is a plus but not a must;
• 英语能力是加分项，但不是必须；
• Background: HVAC industry related technical education background preferred.

背景:暖通行业相关技术教育背景优先。
