Position：天线工程师

    

Company Description：

    

一家集研发、生产、销售和服务为一体的国家高新技术企业，在天线领域有30多年的研发经验。目前是国内领先、国际知名的电视天线制造商，主营电视接收天线、移动通信天线及其相关产品。

    

Responsibility：

• 负责收集天线等新产品的信息、参与新产品设计的可行性分析；
• 负责电视天线（有源和无源）等产品的设计与改良，天线放大器设计；
• 负责天线产品规格书的编写、材料规格的制定与确认；
• 指导技术员完成新产品的样品制作与送样、样品测试与数据资料整理；
• 负责新产品小批量试产的技术问题改进；
• 负责产品批量生产的技术支持；
• 成上级领导安排的其他工作。

                                

Requirement：

• 电磁场与微波技术、通信工程或电子工程相关专业,本科以上学历，具备扎实的电磁场与与微波技术、天线设计原理的理论基础；
• 3年以上天线类产品独立开发经验，有车载天线、电视天线开发经验尤佳；
• 能熟练使用和操作网络分析仪、信号源、频谱仪、网络分析仪等仪器、有微波暗室实测经验的优先；
• 熟练应用各种射频电子产品设计仿真软件，PCB设计；
• 具备熟练读写专业英文资料的能力。
