Brief Description:

The role of the ISPG Business Analyst is to perform the business intelligence activities. Activities & responsibilities are thus related to the market environment and competition analysys. His main tasks will be to collect, organize, document reliable information by providing regular reports on competition and market analysis.


MainRresponsibilities:

1. In charge of performing competition analysis and building specific reports for each competitor. Information collection will be done through medias and network.

For each competitor analysis, his main tasks will be to collect and provide:
- General information on the competitor: Ownership, organization, product range, Employees, revenues, latest news, keys & facts
- Detailed information on sales information per product
- Detailed maps showing localizations for facilities & Tech centers per region
- Details on main businesses ( volume & sales projections over PMT period)
- Competitor SWOT analysis.

2.In charge of performing Market analysis
Essentially manage the market study for the PG, build market study reports per region, customers,competitors for SAP & PMT and budget reports and on demand.

Manage the market study update on a semester basis by :
- Collecting the market data information by animating a commercial network (with customer division) on a regular basis.
- Compiling data per product lines (DP, IP, CC)
- Cross checking and challenging customer division inputs.
- Completing the market study by other sources for grey areas (areas and market not addressed by our cust. Div organization, ex: Russia,...)
- Building and providing the report.

3.Providing on a regular basis market news highlights.

4.Additional function (like Geomarketing tool) could be added to the current function depending on results


Expected Skills:

1.Experienced (min. 4 to 5 years) in Business analysis with analytical and synthetic skills, understand financial culture (able to understand and report financial figures), and business culture: Market drivers & business drivers understanding .
2.Ability to manage a cross functional activity for data collection (able to ask, follow -up, challenge and get information from Cust div.)
3.Ability to explain and communicate results.
4.Fluent in english (talking, reading and writing)
5.Minimum familiar with excel and powerpoint
6.Willing to learn more about automotive environment.
7.Results oriented and deadline focus.
8.Reliable
9.Ability to manage/challenge himself on a daily basis since functional report is based in Europe.
