1、2-3年以上陶瓷工厂的质量检验和控制经验
2、熟悉陶瓷开发、生产流程工艺及技术规范
3、熟悉陶瓷属性（不同工艺、材料、烧成等）及具体应用
4、熟悉陶瓷基本成本结构
5、熟悉供应商质量体系控制（产品评审、进料检、制程检验、终检）
6、熟悉陶瓷类产品的相关安全、功能测试要求能适应长期出差
7、沟通、理解能力强
8、熟悉操作办公软件
