• Roles and Accountabilities （岗位职责）
  The Process Leader will works as part of a multi-discipline team to provide technical support for Company expansion project and trouble shooting of Pipeline and Terminal operation.
  同其他专业协作，为公司更新改造项目及接收站、管线运营操作提供技术支持。
  The role of the Process Leader will be to review/supervise/participation in all process issues in project and Pipeline & Terminal operation. This will include ensuring all technical; safety and quality issues are properly resolved and fully comply with the specification of company.
  作为工艺工程师，将审查、监督、参与项目及管线、接收站运营中涉及的工艺活动，包括遵照公司规格书要求，正确处理所有技术、安全及质量方面问题。
  The Process Leader will receiver high level direction from Technical manager and work with the engineer from project team and operation team.
  接受技术经理的领导，并与相关项目及运营团队工程师协作。
  Principal Activities（主要工作）
  Under Lead of Technical manager for a variety of technical services in support of Company LNG Pipeline and Terminal operation, commissioning/startups.
  在技术经理领导下，为公司工艺设施的操作、调试、开车等工作提供技术支持。
  Under Lead of Technical manager, participation in designing, installing and commissioning new process facilities, monitoring development (ie, modifications and upgrades) and troubleshooting existing process facilities.
  在技术经理领导下，参与新增工艺设施的设计、安装及调试，监督更新、改造项目情况，解决现有工艺设施技术问题。
  Compile the work scope and technical requirements of the third-party design service, organize or participate in the design review, and assist to complete the project related licensing and filing work.
  编制第三方设计服务工作范围及技术要求，组织或参与设计审查，协助完成项目相关许可及备案工作。
  Prepare the application documents of the board of directors for the modification project, and follow up and reply to the questions.
  编制更新改造项目董事会申请文件，并跟踪回复股东方问题。
  Update P&ID of production facilities, Develop and review the process equipment data sheet in both of project and operation.
  更新工艺设施P&ID，审查项目及操作中涉及的工艺设备数据表。
  Compile or update the company's internal regulations and GDTP documents. Compile annual modification technical proposal.
  编制或更新公司内部相关细则及GDTP文件，编制年度更新改造技术建议。
  Participate in the engineering/technical proposal review through each project stage.
  参与项目各阶段工程技术审查。
  To conduct or take part in review equipment/bulk piping material selection, fabrication and commissioning.
  指导或审查设备/管线材料选择、组装及调试。
  Responsible for review or proposal MOC during the identification proposal preparation, and participate in relevant stages.
  审查或提出MOC，并参与相关阶段工作。
  Involve in Operation and Maintenance Procedure/Manual technical review.
  技术审查操作、维修程序/手册。
  Take part in the investigation and research on accident/major failure, and provides technical solution.
  参与事故调查，提出技术解决方案。
  Organize or participate in HAZOP for project or modification.
  组织或参与项目、更新改造HAZOP。
  Responsible for the development of technical standards and identify the validity of the code applied in Project and Operation, which are mainly related to process.
  更新技术标准并确认项目及操作中涉及工艺方面标准的有效性。
  Prepare annual summary report of energy conservation and emission reduction assessment, participate in energy conservation and emission reduction training and evaluation activities, review the company's energy conservation and emission reduction data and submit to shareholders.
  编制节能减排年度总结报告并参加节能减排培训和考评活动，审核公司节能减排的数据并向股东方的报送。

  Participate in company emergency response drills and regulation development.
  参与公司的应急演练或制度建设
  Participate in or support the incident investigation and ensure the facticity, accuracy and timeliness.
  参与或配合事故调查，不瞒/骗/迟报
  Provide constructive proposals for company safety operation.
  为公司的安全生产，提供合理建议
  Keep desk and surrounding area clean and free from potential hazards.
  保持办公区域的整洁
  Ensure visitors you are responsible for sign-in at the front desk and provide them with a brief safety induction i.e., what to do in an emergency or if they need help.
  负责自己的访客在办公室的安全事项，如前台登记、简短的安全介绍、在紧急状态下提供必要的协助等。
  
• Competencies & Experience （能力与经验）
  Strong technical skills in process & safety disciplines.
  具备良好的工艺及安全专业技术能力。
  Experience with oil & gas industry project, including 3+ years of design experience as a process & safety engineer and site service, and 3+ years technical support for LNG Company.
  具备油气行业工作经历，包括3年以上工艺&安全设计及现场服务经历，及3年以上LNG公司技术支持经历。
  Strong interpersonal ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and contractors.
  具有很强的人际交流能力，能够与同事和承包商开展和保持有效的工作关系。
  Work Experience（工作经验）
  7+ years of similar work and 3+ years of experience on LNG.
  7年以上工艺专业工作经验， 且3年以上LNG经验。
  Educational Background（教育背景）
  University degree in Petrochemical disciplines
  本科学历，石油化工相关专业
