2013 new graduates are acceptable, oral English & engineering background are prerequisite

Core Accountabilities

- Setting and checking of visualization parameters
- Periodical visual inspections and investigation of functional disorders
- Repairing and cleaning of purchased modules

Checking of plant parameters (during operation)
- Chemistry (e.g. viscosity, pH value, water hardness)
- Current values of the HV generators, documentation of the suspicious values
- Check function of the high voltage filter elements

Checking of the plant (outside the operating periods)
- Checking the chemicals of the dosing station and performing a volumetric measurement
- Assessing the degree of soiling of the plant (from top to bottom)
- Visual inspection of the active modules.
- Visual inspection of the cable connections and plug-type connections for tight fit and damage
- Inspection of the mechanical components, used for supplying the liquid film

Check for wear; replacement as necessary
- Roller drive system, plastic lips


Vocational adjustment plan

- 1 week of on-site production monitoring and support at different jobsite
- Monitoring and supporting cleaning session at different jobsite
- Imparting of functions and flow diagrams
- Imparting of basic knowledge in the fields of plant control, chemistry, mechanics and electronics


Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

- Able to communicate in English or Germany language (spoken and written)
- University graduate in mechanical, electrician or other related major.
- 2+ years related work experience, have experience on jobsite is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings (mechanical/electrical) as well as functional descriptions
- Willingness to learn, good perceptive faculty/observation skills, creation of documentations,customer focus
- Willingness for long term traveling
