负责新产品- 自动腹膜透析（APD）产品全国临床支持及培训工作

Responsibilities:

Identify training needs of customers in order to customize, co-ordinate and implement training sessions

1. Conduct standardized product and application APD (both Claria and Sharesource) training to the distributors as well as internal team

2. Provide support to answer queries from the customers (HCPs) of hospitals

3. Focus on APD therapy promotion: Organize APD therapy academic activities to promote product and treatment protocols

4. Monitor and track on training progress with regular report

5. Coordinate with APD Sales team to set up KOL platform via co-visit and field visit.

    

   Qualifications:

    

1. Bachelor’s degree with medical, health care related major;

2. At least 2years hospital working experience (Tier 3 hospital or emergency department preferred), priority to who with training experience

3. Independent analyze and solve problems

4. Customer oriented mind to establish and maintain healthy relationship with KOL

5. Strong communication and coordination ability with teamwork spirit and serve attitude

6. Willing to frequent business trip

7. Priority working experience in major pharmaceutical company;

1. Priority to who are good at English writing and speaking
