岗位职责：
1、拓展业务渠道，开发新客户，按计划完成销售目标；
2、 负责同客户的沟通，确定客户的需求，与客户建立并维持一种长期稳定的合作伙伴关系；
3、负责项目的洽谈、合同的评审、签订、管理及重大变更的登记工作；
4、维护销售渠道的畅通，并协助财务做好对辖区经销商应收帐款的催收工作；
5、搜集市场信息和竞争对手信息，及时反馈并提议应对措施；
6、负责区域内团队管理及团队建设工作。
7、参与公司销售计划制定及执行
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，市场营销相关专业优先；
2、热爱销售事业，事业心较强；
3、熟悉营销相关知识，有较强的分析判断能力；
4、具有良好的沟通表达能力、人际交往及较强的谈判技巧；
5、具备较强的抗压能力，能适应经常性的出差和外派；
6、性格开朗、乐观向上、亲和力强。
7、7年以上同行业同职位经验者优先考虑
8、特别优秀者可适当放宽录取条件
