Job Purpose Statement / 工作目的描述

1. To assist Regional Sales Manager to achieve company targets and needs set for China.

2. To communicate with dealers and report their needs to company.

Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责 Key Area of Responsibility:

1. Develop & execute account plan to achieve market penetration, revenue, profitability and brand positioning targets. 2. Develop and manage the trade relationships for the wholesales business.

3. Execute the account / channel management focusing on the responsible accounts

4. Account plans updated with the intelligence on sell-thorough, velocity and inventory.

5. Monthly and seasonal booking targets achieved per plan.

6. New accounts opportunities identified & developed.

7. Accurate sales analysis (velocity, retail IPS, collection of competitors’ intelligence & recommendations to increase business)
