Job Responsibilities:
1. Administrative support: prepare miscellaneous documents and reports (presentations, statistics, survey, travel expense) for 1st level of ALCN/AL Asia located in Shanghai
2. Preparation of PPT Presentation
3. Meeting arrangement & support preparation
4. Meeting minutes
5. Assist GM in the follow up of specific business matters, being able to communicate to 1st level managers as well as external people (customers, partners) to get first level responses.
6. Travel arrangements; ensure that travel rules are correctly applied
7. Help GM for meeting preparation & report preparation
8. Priority of the assistance is given to GM, but the role is also to support 1st level of GM located in ALSH office.
9. Other business activity

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor in Business or English related
2. Fluent in English
3. Japanese and Italian would be a plus
4. Strong Knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
5. Related working experience in business administration
6. High level written and verbal communication skills as well for synthetic analysis
7. Wish of and ability to work with figures
8. Ability to work independently with little supervision¨
9. Ability to negotiate
