岗位职责
1、负责市场调研和需求分析，制定及协助上层执行相关的销售政策和制度；
2、进行客户动态分析（客户战略和发展动态，销售和财务数据，新产品开发，产品专利，竞争对手）和客户关系分析（客户组织结构，客户关键人物及特点）
3、负责组建和管理销售团队和人员培训，销售业绩评估；
4、负责制定销售任务、销售计划、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划，安排组织销售活动，确保完成销售目标；
5、销售情况的汇总、汇报并提出合理建议；
6、负责销售渠道和客户的开发、管理及项目收集、跟进和机构客户的维护和拓展；
7、定期完成精确而高质量的市场调研报告，为公司销售策略的制定提供有力依据。


任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，无机非金属材料等相关专业；
2、五年以上在玻璃、玻璃纤维行业等材料相关工作经验；
3、有销售支持、销售管理经验者优先；
4、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系，业绩优秀；
5、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
6、有较强的事业心，性格开朗，有团队合作经精神，具备一定的领导能力。
