Job description

1. Manage and further develop existing E-commerce platform and develop promotional calendars and merchandising strategies to achieve business goals

2. Develop E-commerce strategy & activity plan including building-up new platforms to increase company brand awareness and support new distribution channels with required marketing and promotion activities

3. Data analysis for actions plans and KPI alignment for key program and marketing activities 

4. Work closely with product department to define online product offer, sales channel management and online pricing strategy

5. Plan, forecast, generate and manage all E-Commerce sales activities, present and negotiate contracts and achieve the defined sales targets

6. Maintain good relationship with the customer accounts & platforms (e.g. Tmall/ JD) at all levels

7. Work with and through other departments within the company to ensure that all sales activities satisfy business and legal requirements

 

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. At least 3 years sales working experience of online channel, home appliances industry is a preferred.
3. Work independently, self-motivated, customer-orientated, focus on business growth.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, teamwork spirit and good leadership.
5. Good English both in oral and written.
6. Flexibility of business trip, able to work under pressure.
