Responsibilities/Authorities
1. Responsible for the successful implementation and sustainment of the BPO RPA (Robotic Process Automation) / Tool Program. Leads the cross-functional team that is responsible for the agreed-upon business outcomes.
2. Responsible for supporting the setup of Robotics operating model and business case development for client and overall program governance
3. Analyze BPO deal processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA/Tool value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA/Tool approach/strategy
4. Solution customized approach for customer with best practices from Methods, without compromising IP and includes:
1)Document outlining approach for the client
2)An operating Model for RPA/Tool
3)An RPA/Tool Platform
4)An approach to migrating to the platform
5)A roadmap of key activities
6)RPA/Tool high level Assessment
5. Develop RPA/Tool architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility
6. Manage risk and mitigation on the program through effective project management and stakeholder communication
7. Have exposure to wide variety of technology problems and their solutions and use that to drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance in the team
8. Provides continuous advice/insights to RPA/Tool developers and Project Manager during project delivery
9. Participate in pre-sales client workshops, provide solution architect /technical architect support to the teams in RFI/RFP process

Requirement and Qualification:

· Minimum 4 years of relevant software development or Technology consulting (BPO RPA/Tool Analytics preferred) experience

· Rich experience in at least one of the programming language (VB.NET/C#/Java/Python/Perl/R/Shell Script/PowerShell/Ruby/PHP/Delphi/C/C++/JavaScript/HTML, etc.)

· Understanding of one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UIPath is preferred

· Proven record in process design and process improvement experience

· Demonstrated expertise with at least 2 full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation

· Basic understanding on Finance & accounting, Procurement will be a plus

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
