Position overview
As a Team Assistant for SLN FI Beijing, MN, OEC, the candidate should work closely together within SLN , using your strong communication skills and ownership spirit.

Responsibilities:
- General Admin:
- TEC/ GEC signature process
- PO/ PR signature process
- Booking meeting rooms, prepare beamer before meeting start.
- OneSRM system office/ pantry supply purchase
- Invitation Letter
- Department car arrangement
- E-Time system
- NEXUS: assist team members to do TAP/ LAP/ TEC/ GEC
- BU exhibition preparation support work.
- Project allowance:
- Engineer’s over-time application
- Project allowance record and handover to HR GSS
- CSS:when every time HW engineers got new job assignment, his project should be recorded and it should be sent to CSS officer for infomration summery.
- Forecast:
- Assist colleagues to make team forecast and summarize accumulated working hours.
- Ask and tracking HW team engineer’s personal monthly forecast.
- Intern:
- Responsible for intern recruitment and working supervision.
- Work arangement for intern and driver daily work.
- HW team documentation:
- Responsible for project documentation in shareholder.
- Annual productivity summarizes.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Strong communication skills and ownership spirit.
- Previous experience in Siemens would be considered in priority.
- Skillful in computer software and more active opening attitude.
- University Bachelor’s Degree at least. Experience profile is more important than education profile.
- Should be proficient in English (spoken & written).
