职位描述：

Mission of Function:
- DF&PD Supply Chain strategy implementation.
- DF&PD, and CN LCC(Logistic Competency Center) project implementation
- Coordinate and support the implementation of future-oriented strategies, methods, processes and systems to contribute to the development and improvement of Division/BU/Region/OCs
- Coordinate and guide projects in collaboration with BUs, Regions, OCs and cross-functions for logistics operations (including order management process, warehouse process and transportation process).
- Supply Chain End to End performance (OTD, DPM, DR...) monitor for DF division business
- LCC Logistics service provider management, including performance and commerial negotiation

Responsibility/Scopes:
- Processes:
- End to End process/Performance
- Develop initiatives and performance programs for area of responsibility, and enhance transparency along e2e Supply Chain
- Develop comprehensive logistics concept for optimization and setup KPI measurement
- Ensure competencies and process standardization within CN DF Log and BU's, OC's
- Coaching of Division and BU SCM operations and defined activities
- Develop know how of customer demands regarding logistics services by customer visits (NPS)
Inventory / Lead Times / Material Availability
- Detect aged products and propose actions to improve
- Identify root cause of shortages with consignment stock products
- Coordinate with BUs and conclude actions
Governance & Interface
- Logistic circular and handbook release
- Counterpart HQ DF Logistics for global Supply Chain improvement initiatives
- Projects:
- Drives / Supports Supply Chain related projects to cover all related business needs in DF of China
- Drives / Support PD&DF GTN/GWN project in China, including LCC related and PD&DF OC's
- Drives / Support DF E2E project in China, including OC, OM, WH, TP and so on
- Contacts and support:
- PD&DF GWN/GTN related projects and tasks, covering Logistic support to LCC and OCs.
- CN DF Supply Chain related projects and support to OM, Distribution Logistics, OCs.
- Clarify / prioritization of IT change requests for DF Division related
- Cross-functional projects and distribution of information for process improvements in DF & PD divisions
- Cross-Division project management support within Siemens AG for logistics projects and topics
- Budget / costs: (Financial)
- 3PL contract negotiation and management
- Implement cost savIng from project and routing job
- Improve productivity from projects

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachalor degree or above
- CET 6 or above, business fluent orally and written
- SAP on-hands experience is preferred
- Strong communication and influence skill
- The abiliy to think outside the box, develop new or innovation way to doing things
- The ability to display a strong competitive drive; strive to be the best in the market
- The ability to systematically monitor achievements / progress of execution
- The ability to be driven by passion to fulfill the customers' real needs
- Exprience on 3PL management, including commercial related topics
- About 5 or 8 years working experience in Supply Chain management
- At least 2 years experience on Project Managment
- Flexible to accept traveling in China and overseas
