职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、处理店铺日常事务，包括客户留言、订单管理，到货跟踪、评价管理、售后服务等工作；
2、准确及时回复客户咨询，了解客户需求，提升咨询转化率与推荐的关联销售；
3、核对订单信息、物流信息和买家信息，确保数据的准确性；
4、监控订单发货、中差评、投诉及退款事宜，做好售前、售后指导和服务工作；
5、跟进订单，解决物流查件、催单，并进行登记、反馈和跟进；
6、统计并总结咨询中遇到的各种问题，协助店长做好定期培训；
7、维护客户关系并开发新客户。
任职资格：
1、形象好，普通话标准，具有亲和力；
2、良好的销售技巧、沟通能力和服务意识，工作耐心细致，积极主动，有责任心；
3、具备较强的学习能力、适应能力、抗压能力；
4、熟练操作计算机及常用办公软件，打字速度每分钟60字以上；
5、有一年以上淘宝客服、天猫客服、京东客服经验，熟悉订单流程。
工作时间：
9:30—18:00，实行大小周（单双休）工作制。
薪资待遇：
底薪 + 提成 + 五险一金 + 全勤奖 + 生日红包 + 年终奖

Our head quarter factory of Foshan Dragon is a specialized manufacturer of silicone rubber products since 1995. It’s a Sino-foreign contractual joint venture, which is engaged in production, trade, import and export of silicone household products.

We are launching various innovative silicone baby products besides of our traditional bakeware& kitchenware, which includes Silicone Teethers, Pacifiers, Tableware set (Bowls, Spoons, Placemats, Plates, Cups, etc), Bibs, Food Storage Ice cubes, Lolly Makers, Bath Toys, and Night Light and so on.

There are almost 20,000㎡ production base in headquarter factory, over 50 sets of plate vulcanizing machines, 3 CNC molding machines, 3 independent raw material mixing workshop. We are able to produce 700,000 items every month. Our capacity include both platinum and peroxide silicone, we can do both compression and injection molding.

Focus on silicone rubber products over 20 years, our powerful R& D department of 26 engineers and designers have sharp eyes and full experience in new products' development while our own mould department can easily control the speed and quality of OEM & ODM designs to meet customer's requirements.
