本职位归属公司旗下一全新轻奢定位的欧洲品牌，将与来自欧洲的设计总监及欧洲的运营团队一起工作，需要您具备在珠宝, 配饰，服装等奢侈品或轻奢品牌经营领域有一定经验。

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
?Work together with the Europe design and creative team to create the development of the product range plan for the global range,
? Executing the product direction setting while maintaining global consistency with special attention to range efficiency and speed to market
? Analyses commercial consumer and market trends to improve the defined product range and identifies growth as well as new commercial business opportunities
? Challenging all parties to ensure product excellence in the market place (design, fabrics, prices, fits, etc.)
?Work with suppliers and your team to get the best price for the product, in order to achieve the margin targets while offering a commercial retail price to the customer;
?Work with the suppliers in constantly improving our quality and fit;
?Communicate with QC team for quality issue and find out efficient way to solve problem in order to ensure order delivery date;
?Analyze, source and develop our supplier base;
