工作职责
- To organize and implement internal audit. 落实MSC内审
- To coordinate each departments’ operation in these systems.协调各部门与质量相关的工作
- To set up, supervise and measure quality objectives at relevant levels in the organization， 确定质量管理KPI.
- To identify environmental aspects and manage the important environmental aspects in the organization.确保安全作业环境
- To support General Manager and hold the monthly KPI meeting. 协助总经理开展KPI月度考核跟进会议
- To report any deviations of systems to General Manager. 及时报告一切质量偏离
- To ensure necessary corrective actions and preventive actions can be implemented in the organizational operations. 采取改善措施、实施改善措施
- To investigate customer satisfaction, improve customer satisfaction. 确保客户满意
基本条件要求
- Engineering background. 工程专业本科毕业、至少3年质量领域工作经验
- ISO14001/ISO9001/IRIS knowledges. 质量体系知识，具备质量内审经验
- Quality management. 质量管理知识、全面质量管理、六西格玛知识
- Office-EXCEL, WORD, etc. 熟练使用电脑办公软件
- 熟练使用英语开展工作
