1. Source candidates for active assignments using cold call techniques against a pre-defined target list provided by a Consultant
2. Work with speed and accuracy – in turn acquiring full candidate resume information to enable the Consultant teams to effectively screen against a given assignment profile
3. Maintain accurate system recording and reporting of data
4. Support assignments with supervision from a Consultant/ Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant
