职位描述：
Roles and Accountabilities（岗位职责）：
？ 协助处理广东大鹏液化天然气有限公司接收站海务工作，确保遵守公司的政策程序、相关法律法规及指南，并安全而高效地运行。
Assist with the marine activities for the GDLNG Terminal in compliance with GDLNG procedures and applicable government laws and guidelines to achieve safe, efficient marine operation.
？ 向营运部海务经理汇报。
Report to marine manager.

Principal Activities（主要工作）：
？ 协助海务工作，确保海务工作的连续性。
To assist with marine activities, ensure the continuities of Marine work.
？ 协调LNG船舶进出港工作，以确保液化天然气船舶的靠离泊安全。
Coordinate with LNG vessel activities to ensure the safety berthing and unberthing for LNG vessels.
？ 根据ISGOTT开展卸货前安全检查，并要求船方在开始卸货前纠正发现的缺陷；组织卸货前与卸货后会议，跟踪卸货情况并必要时提供帮助；
Carry out ship shore safety inspection according to ISGOTT safety checklist, and require ship side rectify any defect was found before cargo operation; organize ship shore pre-discharge meeting and post-discharge meeting, follow up with cargo operation progress and assist when necessary.
？ 监督长租拖轮的的燃油消耗，日常维护保养工作；确保人员配置，人员训练和演习等满足规范要求。
Monitor the long term contract of tugboats’ fuel oil consumption, daily maintenance; and ensure the crew manning, seafarer’s training and drill meet the regulation’s requirement.
？ 负责码头救生圈的检查与维护工作；协助码头水域的水深测量及疏浚等。
Responsible for jetty lifebuoy inspection and maintenance; to assist with coordinated for water depth survey and dredging in jetty waters.
？ 协助海事部门对码头的检查，以及对码头的防治船舶污染事宜进行协调。
Coordinate with the jetty inspection from MSA, and coordinate with anti-pollution about LNG vessel at jetty.
？ 参加协调交委港航管理处及港货局等部门，协助《港口经营许可证》的办理和《危险货物作业资质认可证》的年审，以及应对交委相关部门的检查和参加相关的会议。
Participation in coordinate Port and Navigation Management department, etc. assist with obtain the certificate for Port Management Permission and annual audit for Dangerous Cargo Operation Certificate, and some related inspections and meetings.
？ 协助协调深圳引航站东部分站，加强与引航员的沟通，增强液化天然气船舶的靠离泊安全性。
To assist with coordinate the East Station of Shenzhen Pilot Station, enhance the communication with pilots, and improve the safety operation about LNG vessel berthing and unberthing.
？ 协助码头专项安全评价事宜。
Assist with jetty safety appraisal.
？ 与盐田航标站联系开展码头航标的维护保养工作，确保所有航标符合政府主管部门的要求。
Liaise with Yan Tian navigation aids station for navigation aids maintenance work and inspection, ensure all navigation aids in accord with the requirements of related governments.
？ 协助应急监护船的管理。
Assist with management of escort boat.
？ 与公司供应与运输部、合同采办部协调，确保液化天然气船舶抵离港工作的顺利进行。
Coordinate with S&T, C&P department, ensure the smooth operation for LNG vessel berthing and unberthing.
？ 按领导安排参加与海油气电贸易公司关于船岸操作的会议，提高TUA船的可靠性。
Attend the ship/shore interface meeting with CNOOC Gas Trade Co. as request, increase the reliability for TUA vessel.
？ 参加与CLISCO关于船岸操作的会议，现场监督三艘中国船在码头的作业。
Attend the ship/shore interface meeting with CLISCO, monitor the three Chinese LNG vessel operation in GDLNG terminal.
？ 与船舶代理联系，确保液化天然气船舶进出港顺利，并在办理清关手续时提高必要的援助。
Communicate with ship agents, ensure the smooth operation for LNG vessels, and provide the assistance for calling and departure formalities.
？ 与船舶物料供应商及垃圾处理承包商沟通，确保作业安全。
Communication with ship provider and garbage collector, ensure safe operation..
？ 接受需要的技术及专业的培训，需要时向其他同事提供培训。
Attend the related technical and professional training, provide some marine training for other colleagues.

？ 发现风险或隐患，及时汇报；
Report immediately once the potential safety risks are identified;
？ 参与公司的应急演练或制度建设；
Participate in company emergency response drills and regulation development;
？ 参与或配合事故调查，不瞒/骗/迟报；
Participate in or support the incident investigation and ensure the facticity, accuracy and timeliness;
？ 为公司的安全生产，提供合理建议；
Provide constructive proposals for company safety operation;

Competencies and Experience（能力与经验）：
至少5年工作经验，其中至少1年油气输配、炼油厂、化工厂或海上平台的工作经验。
Minimum of five year working experiences, including at least one year experience in gas, refinery, petrochemical plant or offshore platform.
具备远洋航海经验将优先考虑。
Experience of ocean-going navigation is preferred.
具备一定的书面英语和英语口语能力。
Must have some written English and spoken English skill.
熟练使用办公软件。
Can use office software skillfully.
具有液化天然气码头、油船/码头等管理经验将优先考虑。
Which have LNG terminal, oil tanker/terminal management experiences are preferred.
 
Educational Background（教育背景）：
大专及以上学历，航海相关专业优先考虑。
