职位描述：
工作职责：
- 负责开发Noken产品在国内的供应商网络体系；
- 负责开发经销商并与经销商维护好良好的合作关系；
- 负责Noken产品在国内的项目跟进；
- 与客户进行会谈并分析客户的需求；
- 向客户提供产品的报价，同时进行议价并完成结单；
- 通过反馈重要客户的信息，对业绩就行复盘，以及对渠道进行展望从而支持公司的战略管理。
- 参与洁具行业相关的商业展会和行业活动（研讨会/论坛/分享会）；
- 保持区域的良好销售记录和持续增长；
- 在快节奏的环境中迅速成长。

岗位要求：(非外资洁具公司工作经验勿扰，谢谢！）
- 本科/本科以上学历；
- 必须有2年/年以上外资洁具公司销售的工作经验,有拓展经销商网络的经验为佳；-
- 善于沟通，抗压性强；
- 较强的自我驱动力，善于学习，良好的团队合作精神；
- 英语口语及书面流利，会西班牙语者优先；


Job Description
- Develop distributors all over China for Noken products;

- Develop, establish and maintain relationship with the dealers.

- Gather and exhibit presentations showcasing Noken products and the solutions products that the company has to offer;

- Client meeting and requirement analysis;

- Proposal presentation, negotiation, deal closing;

- Support management in corporate strategy through highly valuable client/prospect feedback and information, review achievement and prospection pipeline;

- Attend trade shows and industry events (seminar/forum/ meetings) regarding sanitary industry;

- Input client information on the internal customer management, provide quotation and customer sales service;

- Possess a strong track record of territory and sales growth;

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Job Requirements
- University or above;

- More than 2 year sales/business development experience in foreign-owned company in sanitary industry is a must, preferably experienced in developing distributor network;

-- Good communication skills and can work under pressure;

- Open-minded, interpersonal, proactive and optimistic;

- Self- motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, diligent and eager to learn; team work spirit;

- Native Chinese, proficient English writing and speaking skills, preferably fluent Spanish;
