Roles and Accountabilities（岗位职责）
The Gas Volume Planning Assistant is responsible for regional gas volume issues mainly via the Gas Management System (GMS) ,offline GMS system and other analytical tools to help the gas volume Planner manages gas volume consolidation, nomination, analysis, allocation, and monitoring.
气量计划助理是协助气量计划专员负责其主管区域内的用户的气量工作，通过天然气管理系统以及其它分析工具，管理气量的计算、统计、分析、分配、公布、监控和跟踪。
Principal Activities（主要工作）
? Help the gas volume planner to provide the development and announcement of weekly, monthly and yearly gas volume in compliance with provisions stipulated in the Gas Sales Contract(s) entered between Company and Customer
严格根据天然气销售合同的规定，协助气量计划专员提供周/月/年气量的制定和发布计划。
? Help the gas volume planner to ensure correct routine gas volume allocation and calculation
协助气量计划专员确保正确的气量分配与计算
? Track the actual gas offtake of gas users, and reasonable predications of future gas volume demand
跟踪监控用户的实际提气，并对来需求作出合理预测。
? Maintain tight and efficient communication with customers, understand their gas offtake planning
与用户保持有效沟通，掌握其用气计划。
? Analyze future commercial opportunities, and provide corresponding decision-making suggestions
为公司潜在的新商机进行分析，并建议相应决策。
? Participate in new business development, including incremental sales to existing customers and sales to new customers, new business models introduction
参与新业务的拓展，包括增加对现有用户的销售，开发新的业务和新的销售模式。
