职位描述：

1，编制质量检验计划及质量改进计划

Prepare quality inspection plan and quality improvement plan

2，根据斌协助NPI & TD解决生产中的质量问题，对生产的质量控制能力进行分析和改善

Follow up and assist NPI and TD to solve the quality problems in the production ,the production quality control abliity to carry on the analysis and inprovement

3，参与新产品的开发与试制作

Participate in new product development and trial production

4，参与新产品、新材料、新工艺的验证、鉴定工作（包括特殊过程的确认）

Participate in new product, new material, new process validation ,appraisal work (including special process confirmation)

5，对现场作业中不合理之处提出修正建议，对客户退货进行分析处理（8D）

Field operations unreasonable place puts forward correction proposal , to customers return to carry on the analysis processing(8D)

6，对关键工位进行巡查，确保关键工位得到控制

The key points of inspection, to ensure that the key points to get control

7，督促车间工序做好质量的自检，并将生产过程中产品质量信息反馈给相关部门

Supervise the workshop process to do the quality of self, and the production process product quality information feedback to the relevant departments

8，自制量具的设计与制作

Hommemade measuring tool design and manufacture

9，督促生产员工遵守工艺纪律，对不遵守工艺纪律的情况及时纠正

Supervise the production staff comply with process discipline, don't abide by the process of the discipline should be correct

10负责组织不合格品的评审及处理，并对执行情况进行监督

Responsible for the organization of nanconforming product evaluation and treatment, and to supervise the implementation

任职要求

1.本科或以上学历

Bachelor or above degree

2，2年以上汽车行业生产或质量方面工作经验

Min 2 years experience in auto components or quality filed

3，熟悉压铸生产工序

Familar with Die casting process

4，熟悉图纸

Familar with drawing

5，英语听书读写熟练

Fluent in oral and written English

6，熟练运用5大工具(APQP\Fmea\PPAP\SPC\MSA)

Familiar with fove tools
