职位描述：
Roles and Accountabilities

To provide legal advice and assistance to protect Company form any legal by conducting operational and construction activities utilizing legal professional knowledge and skill; and to identify, prevent, minimize legal risks related safety production; and to improve the company’s corporate governance in various fields as required in combination of advance prevention, course control and subsequent remedies.
运用法律专业知识和技能为公司相关部门或领域提供法律建议及协助以规避企业运营的法律风险；在公司安全生产领域范围内，以事前预防、事中控制、事后补救的方式，识别、防范、减少企业安全生产的法律风险；支持并改进公司治理。

Principal Activities

? To provide legal support to the Company in designated fields on complying laws and regulations including timely furnishing PRC law and regulation updates potentially impacting or affecting Company business and to offer legal advice for decision making in daily activities
在指定的领域范围内协助公司遵守法律法规包括及时提供可能影响公司业务的各项国家法律法规更新并为日常经营决策提供法律意见
? To lead the establishment of legal policies and procedures, and provide legal compliance review of important policies and procedures of the Company when needed
牵头制订法务职责范围内的政策程序，并视需求对公司重要的政策程序提供合法性审查
? To provide legal support to corporate affairs related to safety production and to provide legal advice and consultation on safety production issues;
    按照需要为公司事务提供安全生产方面的专项法律支持, 为构建安全生产法律风险保护体系提供专项法律咨询和建议
? To participate in business negotiations and draft, review and amend contracts, agreements and other legal documents in certain fields;
在特定业务领域范围内起草、审核、修改相关合同、协议、法律文件，必要时参与招投标和商业谈判相关工作
? To carry out legal work in dispute resolution for designated fields (including handling litigations and arbitrations)
进行指定业务领域的纠纷处理的法务工作（包括处理诉讼仲裁）
? To participate in legal function infrastructure establishment and development
按照需要参加公司法务职能建设及完善工作
? To render other legal services as instructed by Legal Manager.
完成法律经理安排的其他法律工作

? Fulfill related safety work

? Report immediately once the potential safety risks are identified

? Participate in company emergency response drills and regulation development
       参与公司的应急演练或制度建设

? Participate in or support the incident investigation and ensure the facticity, accuracy and timeliness
参与或配合事故调查，不瞒/骗/迟报

? Provide legal analysis on legal risks for Health, Safety, Security and Environment in designated fields, and provide constructive proposals for company safety operation
开展指定业务领域的健康、安全、安保和环保法律风险的专业分析，为公司的安全生产，提供合理建议

? Keep desk and surrounding area clean and free from potential hazards
保持办公区域的整洁

? Ensure visitors you are responsible for sign-in at the front desk and provide them with a brief safety induction i.e., what to do in an emergency or if they need help.
负责自己的访客在办公室的安全事项，如前台登记、简短的安全介绍、在紧急状态下提供必要的协助等。

Competencies
? Willingness to work as part of a team with good communication skill and interpersonal skills

? Self motivated, requiring minimal supervision
善于自我激励，自我管理
? Ability to ensure all statutory compliances with regard to designated business areas
能确保相关指定业务领域遵守全部法规要求
? High customer focus orientation, problem solving

? Both English and Chinese speaking and writing skills essential
良好中、英文说、写能力
? Experience in litigation or arbitration is a plus
有诉讼及仲裁的经验者优先
Work Experience
? 5-8 years of experience in providing legal counsel in one or more of the following fields: Safety production, Financing, Engineering, Land Acquisition, Ocean Shipment, Port Services, Supply and Sales
在以下一个或多个领域有5-8年法律顾问经验：安全生产、融资、工程、征地、海运、港口服务、能源供应及销售
Educational Background
? Requires L.L.B. or L.L. M degree and have passed the National Judicial Examination or with the Lawyer License.
要求法学本科或法学硕士学位并通过了国家司法考试或具有律师执行证。
? Experiences in in oil and gas industry （or chemical related） is a plus。

广东大鹏液化天然气有限公司（GDLNG）成立于2004年，是广东液化天然气接收站和输气干线项目的建设与经营实体。广东大鹏液化天然气有限公司是一家中外合资企业，由中海石油气电集团有限责任公司、bp等十一家中外企业股东组成。
