- 追踪和整理函件寄发的快递记录
- 协助完成函件的扫描工作
- 协助完成审计支持部门的其他行政工作

工作要求
- 大专或以上学历
- 熟练掌握微软办公软件
- 良好的沟通能力，关注细节，组织性强
- 良好的英文能力
- 有外资企业的工作经验者优先考虑

Responsibilities
- Deal with the day to day audit confirmations’ mailing work of the audit support department
- Trace and summarize the mailing records
- Assist in scanning the audit confirmations
- Assist in other office administration work

Requirements
- College Degree or above.
- Good computer skills which must include Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and organization skills, and detailed oriented.
- Good command of written English.
