PURCHASING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and supervise all product sourcing activities.
2. Follow orders with customers and suppliers.
3. Negotiate, control and manage all contracts and agreements for assigned commodities
4. Establish, extend and maintain direct relationship with manufacturers.
5. Complete handover documentation from the sourcing function to the logistics function as applicable.
6. Team work with all functional areas and other sourcing managers to assure group success.
Qualifications:
1. Sourcing background and purchasing experience are needed, work experience in hotelfurniture, bathroomproducts, ceramic tiles products arepreferred
2. Able to work and solve problems in cross-functional environment;
3. Good negotiating skills and be able to work multi-task
4. Fluent in both written and oral English
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, like EXCEL, WORD etc.
