Job Summary

Back up for Beirut sourcing & operations until inspection.


Essential Job Functions

1)Follow up on inquiries that are delayed and check problem with factory & team.
2)Check directly with suppliers in case a price or delivery cannot be reached, or in case of a problem  
3)Make sure that supplier knows exactly what item is requested for Sample
4)Comment on samples, advice if color and specs are correct and if sample match client’s request & make sure that the correct sample is sent to offices.
5)Follow up with team & suppliers on all orders; make sure that order is going smoothly until inspection.
6)Check inspection report and in case of problem solve immediately with factory
7)Visit the suppliers and follow up on inspection during production; for high value orders
8)Seek partner with reliable suppliers and negotiate on long term commitment and good payment terms 举报 分享
