职位描述：
Job Summary

Develop and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies and set up a team as the company continues to expand in Europe.


Essential Job Functions

1.In charge of purchasing and Sourcing from China to Nestle account
2.Improve the procurement process
3.Negotiate contracts and close deals with suppliers to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
4.Provide accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
5.Seek and partner with reliable suppliers and negotiate on long term commitment and good payment terms
6.Production follow‐up, ensuring quality standards and on time delivery.
7.Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality and delivery speed, and handle Volume rebate.
8.Handle all certifications and Inspections
9.Follow up with supplier in case of defect in items or any other problem, and determine corrective action
10.Attend trade shows to learn about new industry trends and make contacts with suppliers
11.Maintain records of suppliers items bought, costs, quality and delivery
12.Responsible of issuing documents (invoice, packing list, Co and other certifications if needed)
13.Request shipping rates, Negotiate with shipping lines and forwarders to achieve the best Price & service.







Essential Requirements:

Education: University degree in Business.

Experience:
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a procurement and Sourcing Role, ideally with an international promotional product company.
Skills:
-Fluent in English.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Excellent negotiation and sourcing skills
-The ability to think and articulate strategically
