The Recruitment and Resourcing team in KDC is an integrated group which takes care of graduate and experienced hiring and referral programs. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a major contribution to the development and implementation of recruitment and resourcing strategy for KDC.
The Human Resources Assistant Manager (Recruimnet & Resourcing) is a key member of the Recruitment & Resourcing team whose role is to manage and ensure the team’s deliverables are aligned with the Firm’s people strategy of being an Employer of Choice.
Responsibilities
- Develop an expert knowledge and understanding of our business priorities
- Contribute to the implementation of the firm’s recruitment strategy
- Establish and maintain relationships with the business to understand and meet its recruitment needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment activities across the full range all grades, using appropriate selection methodologies
- Manage candidates in a professional manner, including the selection process, salary negotiations and on-boarding issues
- Determine the most efficient and cost effective methods to recruit candidate
- Build up strong relationships with local universities to support long term recruitment drive
- Manage third-party supplier relationships to ensure our employment proposition is maximized effectively
- Help manage functional recruitment budgets / costs, monitor expenditures, and report accordingly
- Provide support and guidance to team members on best HR practice
Requirements
- A university degree holder with at least 5 years’ related work experience in recruitment consultancy and / or multi-national organizations
- Excellent knowledge of human resources processes with proven planning and implementation capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with evidence of forming strong business relationships
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
