职位描述：
-Manage the VPS(lean manufacturing) activities :
-Organize and follow-up of the deployment of VPS foundations : Kaizen / JIT / auto quality
-Deploy VPS standards such as Zoning, 5S workshops, QCDM indicators tools, Auto-quality basics, flat storage organization, line feeder circuit…
-Arrange some training on VPS to develop VALEO culture and tools, write procedures with employees participation to involve people
-Assist weekly VPS committee
-Attend workshops to train on methodology and support employees in VPS implementation and tools
-Organize and follow-up of workshops to improve efficiency and quality of our production, using VPS tools such as Hoshin, SMED, TPM, Auto-quality, Kanban and Pull Flow implementation.
-Deploy VPS axe in the plant:
-Use VALEO road maps to deploy VPS axe in the plant
-Monthly self assessment on V5000 with VPS score
-Define improvement action plan and priorities for next month
-Explain VPS axe score and actions to management
-Follows and reports the plant’s production indicators follow-up and the monthly VPS reporting to Branch
-Support projects SOP to meet VPS standards:
-Responsibility for the compliance of new projects/investments with VPS principles: collaboration with process PTM (project team members) and projects engineers. Apply VPS check list for reception of new equipment.
-Join project meeting when necessary
-Organize information and communication in the plant 举报 分享
