The Job
While growth is very important to us, repeat business is the backbone of our sales, so keeping our existing clients happy is paramount. This is where you can make a real impact. You will be an important point for incoming and outgoing communications with our clients: whether providing quotations, processing orders, responding to messages, or dealing with daily inspection issues. Be prepared to handle some sensitive issues, such as when a client needs a polite reminder to pay an overdue invoice. You will also help our clients to use our online platform, and encourage them to try out its many useful functions.
The Candidate
It could be you, if you have: 
·         A university degree in Business or Engineering
·         Some work experience in a similar position (at least 1 year)
·         Good command of English 
 
It also helps if you have:
·         Some knowledge of / experience with the Middle East market 
·         A knack for organization and time management
