职位描述：
Responsibilities
- Participate in creation and maintenance of HRIS documentation including: processes and procedures, user guides, training manuals and UAT scripts
- Participate in system UAT and Data Migration tasks
- Assist in the preparation of HR performance reports and analyses
- Actively engage with regional HR teams and seek their input on user requirements in order to improve the effectiveness and usage of HR performance reports
- Provide support on various projects or tasks as deemed necessary by management

Requirements

- A degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Statistics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent Microsoft skills, especially advanced level of MS Excel (i.e. Macro) and Access
- Able to work in an environment with a mixed team of technical and functional personnel
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Excellent presentation, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills 举报 分享
