工作职责：

- 协助管理20人的账务助理团队；

- 人力资源规划和协调人手与分工；

- 对团队成员做出指导，并辅导团队成员完成日常工作；

- 带领团队达到制定的KPIs指标，如回复比率、客户满意度、投诉率等；

- 协助团队日常运作和管理；

- 定期回顾工作流程和团队工作表现，提高服务质量；

- 确保团队成员遵循内部工作准则和要求。

岗位要求：

- 本科或以上学历；

- 至少拥有3年或以上在客户服务, 呼叫中心或酒店及旅游业的相关工作经验；

- 具备良好的口语英语沟通能力和书面英语（大学英语测试4级或以上），能熟练运用普通话和粤语进行日常交流；

- 具备较强的人际沟通交流和表达能力；

- 具备以客户服务为导向的思维，能够灵活地处理和解决问题

- 具有强大积极性与责任心；

- 具有较强的组织，管理和分析能力；

- 具有一定的抗压能力；

- 能熟练运用Microsoft办公室软件，特别是Excel。

Responsibilities

- Assist in managing a billing & collection team of 20 people

- Manpower & resources planning and coordination

- Give guidance and coaching to teammates on daily tasks

- Leading the team to achieve all related KPIs such as response rate, customer satisfaction rate, complaint rate and etc.

- Support daily operation and administration

- Regular review on working procedures and staff performance for high service quality

- Ensure the team complies to internal guidelines and requirements when delivering job duties

Basic Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or above

- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in customer service, call center or hospitality & tourism industry

- Good command of spoken and written English (College English Test Band 4 or above), Chinese and Mandarin

- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Customer-oriented mindset with good problem solving skills

- Strong personal initiative and accountability

- Strong organization, administration and analytical skills

- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment

- Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel
