职位描述：
Role Purpose:
? Assist the daily operation of the finance department.
? Assist the department to deliver finance report on time.

Responsibilities:
? Help department heads understand the financial situation of their department.
? Monitor the revenue of business department, handle WD and HFM finance system of the departments.
? Check with AR voucher.
? Check with payment voucher.
? Provide advice to department heads to help them meeting with their budget and help them meeting with the company’s require.
? Calculate and check staff commission.
? Assist team in meeting their financial reporting objectives
? Ensure financial policies are properly implemented.

Qualifications:
? University degree in accounting or finance
? Holders of qualification certificates.
? Other relevant/equivalent qualification

Knowledge & Experience:
? Competence in operation of finance/accounting system
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize
? At least 4~5 years working experience working in finance and accounting field at accountant level

Skills & Personal Qualities:
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Above CET6 would be preferred.
? Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
? Honest, attentive, hard-working under the pressure.
