职位描述：
岗位工作要求:
编制、维护售后配件清单对应表；
负责编写和更新售后培训资料，主要配件维修作业指导书；
参与客户及第三方维修商培训，能提供现场指导等售后技术支持工作；
跟踪回访产品设备安装使用后使用情况及保养维护
记录和统计用户、维修商反馈信息，协助产品改善
维修配件的管理和使用记录
"售后"工程设计变更通知的发布
给设备安排定时检查维护工作，以及上级安排的其它临时工作

任职资格 
1、大专及以上学历，电子或自动化相关专业；
2、至少2年以上食品设备、消费电器售后或同等工作经验，有制冷设备生产维护工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉机械原理及结构；能熟练操作测量仪器和工具；
4、工作认真负责、严谨细致，有良好的团队精神和沟通能力；很好的学习能力

Job Description
Compile, maintain and update after sales parts list for all models
Compile, edit and update service training material. Prepare work instructions on spare parts replacement
Conduct service training for service agents and customers, provide them with on-time after sales service support
Follow-up on all post installation equipment operational and service matters
Track equipment installation and maintenance record by customer and site. Support service agents and customers on equipment operational enquiry and improvements
Service parts inventory tracking and management
Issue publication on engineering design changes
Arrange for on-time equipment preventive maintenance and attend to any other service matters

Qualification
Electrical/mechanical diploma and above qualification
At least 2 years of foodservice equipment, consumer electrical appliance after sales or equivalent experience；
Mechincal and electrical knowledge a must with experience in operating meters
Good service attitude, detailed in work and with strong team spirit. Keen to learn 举报 分享
