职位描述：
1) 接听和呼出电话、通过各种市场活动预约客户上门咨询；
2) 接待来访客户，对客户进行现场咨询；
3) 引导客户签约，完成销售任务；
4) 做好线索学员信息管理及数据统计分析，为总部市场部提供参考；
5) 协助班主任及学科教师做好学生学习管理工作；
6) 对签约客户进行后续不定期跟踪，协助班主任促成在读学员续费；
7) 引导在读学员推荐新客户；
8) 完成上级交待的其他任务；
职位要求：
1)大专及以上学历(应届毕业生须本科学历以上)；
2)自信、坚韧、目标明确、吃苦耐劳；
3)学习力、应变能力、抗压能力、销售能力强；
4)亲和力强、善沟通、协调说服力强；
5)热爱教育行业,有良好的客户服务意识、能适应灵活的工作时间（包括周末）。
