Manufacturing background a must. Minimum 5 years’ experience in standard cost accounting. Hands-on. High producer. Results oriented.

一、 职责描述：

Management
Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
Oversee the accounting operations, especially the control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.

Transactions
Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner.
Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly.
Process payroll in a timely manner.
Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.

Reporting
Issue timely and complete financial statements.
Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts.
Provide for a system of management reports.

Compliance
Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual review.
Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants.

Communicate with corporate timely, completely, and accurately, such as informing corporate immediately of any activities or likely changes that may affect our business significantly – good or bad; or any likely violations of Company policies. When in doubts if an event is significant, please inform corporate anyway.

Problem Solving & Analysis: Identifies and investigates to solve problems. Corrects issues or researches and makes suggestions for alternative solutions.

Process Improvement: Actively participates and offers ideas to improve work processes. Keeps up on trends and technology to improve productivity, save time, etc.

Adaptation Skills: Learns new job functions in a timely manner, adjusts to changing conditions, requirements, and multitasks.

Initiative & Motivation: Self-initiates actions to influence and achieve goals. Takes a proactive approach to setting professional and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
? Strong Cost Accounting experience
? Strong analytical abilities
? Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
? Must have excellent people skills
? Must have strong skills in supervising, motivating, and training others
? Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, manufacturing accounting and ERP system, KingDee software experience preferred
