Job Responsibilities:
Organizational Management:
1.Propose organization structure change to meet the management purpose
2.Ensure the accuracy of HR records and statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hiring, training, performance appraisals, and turnover rates
3.Advise managers on organizational policy matter and recommend needed changes
4.Analyse statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices
5.Develop and/or administer HR projects in areas such as job evaluation and talent management
6.Ensure implementation of core values in related functions and across organization
Recruiting & Staffing:
1.Ensure the manpower meets the demand of business development
2.Ensure the efficiency of recruiting process
Training & Development:
1.Propose training and development plan
2.Ensure the training plan/people growth plan are in line with Company HR strategies
Compensation & Benefit:
1.Conduct job evaluation and establish adequate C&B structure
2.Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
3.Review and ensure smooth payroll process and tax estimation for salaries and benefits
4.Work with Corporate/SBS HR to prepare overseas assignment/cross BU package and communicate with the expatriates
5.Manage performance management process and prepare bonus and salary increment proposal
6.Review and negotiate group insurance package
Employee Relationship:
1.Supervise employee communication platform;
2.Execute and promote company culture
HSE & Health Management:
1.Implement ISO accordingly in Human Resource Department
2.Participate and support HSE activities
3.Supervise health management standard and implementation
Managing People:
1.Manage subordinates’ task and responsibility allocation
2.Manage performance of subordinates
3.Identify and develop talents
4.Ensure effective teamwork and communication across function and within own department
Job Requirements:
Education:
University or equivalent professional degree, in Business Administration major in Human Resources, or related disciplines.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 8 years working experience in HR filed with full function
- Good human relations ability, be professional in handling interpersonal relationship
- Good knowledge of the Country labor law/regulations and local HR practices and policies
- Strong in employee motivation, good at identify and give proper training to capable person
- Good Knowledge of psychology and personnel placement
Language ability:
-Good English skills both in oral and written
Others:
- Comprehend knowledge of Organization Structure
- Comprehend Sibelco Group Vision
- Comprehend in government policies and related law
- With strong sense of responsibility, be fair, mature, organized and hold on principle
- Be loyal to the job, keep company confidential information
