职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Trade management
- Develop effective channel / seasonal promotion plan according to promotion calendar
- Closely work with regional trade to monitor channel dynamics and anticipate channel trends
In-store communications & Merchandising
- Develop in-store communications including: POSM, POP, leaflet, in-store touchpoints, etc.
- Optimize merchandising solutions including: product display, GWP, runway etc.
- Inspect and monitor store decoration of all regions according to guideline
Retail Events
- Develop and implement retail events for both branding and selling purposes, and for achievement of target ROI.
- Work closely with Sales team to ensure smooth delivery of events.
- Evaluate with Sales Team after Events for continued improvement.
Vendor management
- Monitor all costs & expenses are under budget and improve cost efficiency
- Establish evaluation system on the vendor selection and reviewing

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required.
Fluent in oral and written English
Passionate, creative and responsible
Fast learner and willing to work under pressure
Good communication skills and a strong team player
Down-to-earth on execution
Result driven and good analysis skill
Strong commitment to work
