职位描述：
Job Description

1 Check&review declaration form for VAT,Business tax,CIT…
2 Bookkeeping accounting documents about fixed asset,salary,accure tax(BT,CIT) and Transfer cost
3 Check and review all accounting entries in UFEDA/SAP by Finance Specialist and guide her.
4 Review monthly all empolyee's expenses report in SAP&Excel.
5 Lease with SAP Team and post all the documents in SAP.
6 Fixed assets management , post them in SAP/UFEDA.
7 Reinvoice Promotion fee to Spain.
8 Communicate with TAX Bureau, Foreign Exchange Control Board and handle affairs.
9 Prepare Annual income tax report & Industrial and commercial yearly check.
10 Communicate and prepare auditing reports.
11 Prepare all finance statements(P&L,BS,Trial balance) and reports assigned on time and in good quality according to China and local regulations.
12 Make revenue and cost analysis report for internal management needs.
13 Communicate with FESCO to handle HR affair about Staff registration and check-out.
14 Control and check all payments in HSBC NET and authorization.
15 Prepare contract of commission and consulting SVC and communicate with client.

Job Requirements

1, Bachelor degree in finance/accounting/economics.
2, At least 7years working experiences in accounting area, preferably in trading industry.
3, Good communication skill with other departments and strong finance analysis skills.
4, SAP experience is required, good MS office skill including excel, word…
5, Fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish is a plus.
6, Able to work independently ,but also supervise and guide accountant.
